Hatay Governorship’s duty to raise trainer competence. A face-to-face programme of two days and twelve hours for teachers and youth workers. On the second day trainers run one Toolkit activity as micro-teaching.

Face-to-face programme

The 12-hour ToT session order that trainers take in a room. Day one is concept and facilitation; day two is the toolset, micro-teaching and assessment.
