Hand out the form. One question per heading is enough; no more than ten minutes.

Collect the sheets with no names.

The trainer may use the result to choose which Söke e-book scenario fits.
Inclusion
Ask the questions aloud if writing is hard. An oral answer is accepted.
At the end of the session
The same form can also be the post-test.
Home task
The family may mark household sorting: always / sometimes / never.
